At Vyra Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only if you receive:

A damaged product.

A defective product.

An incorrect product (wrong item or wrong color).

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

Clear photos of the product and the issue.

Requests received after 48 hours or without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind.

Personal preference or dislike of the product.

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings.

Incorrect size selection (unless the wrong product was shipped).

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected (if applicable), the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order and payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
