Refund policy

At Vyra Fashion, we want you to shop with confidence.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and an unboxing video/photos.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if:
You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind.
Color variations due to screen/display settings.
Minor weaving or thread irregularities common in handloom or woven fabrics.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or without tags.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
